Built specifically for Project Self-Sufficiency participants, Willow Place is a 20 unit apartment complex hosting both 2 and 3 bedroom units. Openings in the Willow Place Apartment Complex are filled by Project Self-Sufficiency (PS-S). The families selected for Willow Place are program participants already enrolled and active in the PS-S program.  This stylish apartment complex has a central clubhouse and coin operated laundry for residents of the PS-S program that receive self sufficiency services through an individual not-for-profit organization (Project Self -Sufficiency) (please click on link for details). The apartments are located in central Loveland and boast of easy access to major shopping, postal services, restaurants, fast food convenience, and major bus routes. The community is managed by a on-site manager and by the committed Project Self Sufficiency and Housing Authority staff. All applicants for the Willow Place apartments are referred to the Housing Authority from the Project Self Sufficiency staff.
