Built in the late 70's, Silver Leaf II is a senior apartment complex which offers independent living lifestyles. Eligibility for these apartments include; aged 62+, disabled or handicapped, and income eligible. Rents are based on 30% of monthly adjusted income and rent includes all utilities.

Located on Maple Drive, Silver Leaf II is conveniently located near shopping centers, banks, post office, and schools. The Housing Authority also offers daily transportation to the local area shopping centers and a monthly run to local banks.

The Silver Leaf II complex consists of 72 (1) bedrooms, all ground level apartments with shared hall entrances and private fenced patios. There are a limited number of handicapped accessible units available.

Silver Leaf II offers common laundry facilities as well as dining/meeting rooms. Volunteers of America (a congregate meal site) provide lunch's payable by donations.

These apartment buildings offer senior maintenance free living, recreational, and social programs. There is an on-site manager covering both complexes designed and managed for independent living. The waiting list for these homes can be lengthy - applications are encouraged and accepted at the Housing Authority Administrative Offices or download application here.
