Dove Valley Senior Community is a new development in the Town of Milliken, Colorado consisting of 20 rental duplex's with 1 and 2 bedroom units.  These units are available to low and moderate income Seniors.  Eligibility and rental amounts are determined by family size and gross yearly income.  The rent level is based on Weld County 40%-60% area median income.  The Town of Milliken contracted with the Housing Authority of the City of Loveland to act as the developer and management company.  Download an Application

DOVE VALLEY WIN'S EAGLE AWARD!

Dove Valley was awarded the prestigious Eagle Award at this years Colorado Housing Conference held in Vail Colorado.  Dove Valley was one of 4 projects in Colorado to be honored with the Eagle Award out of 19 projects that were nominated through out the state. This award truely honors the commitment and dedecation of the town of Milliken to not give up on a project that meant so much to the town.  The Housing Authority is honored to have been a part of this project.
