The Single Family Public Housing homes are 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes scattered throughout the City of Loveland in various neighborhoods. These homes are intended for large families and require the residents to provide yard and sidewalk maintenance (snow removal). Residents pay 30% of monthly adjusted income towards the rent along with gas and electric utilities. One month rent is required for security deposit. Water is included in the rent, twelve month leases are signed for these units.
